YPC Scholarship

YPC Student of the Year - Awarded to a high school senior or an undergraduate/graduate student from the Lehigh Valley that is currently attending a university/college in the Lehigh Valley.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year!

Applications Due Friday, March 13, 2026.

Recipients will be notified in April via email/phone from a YPC member or Chamber liaison and will be recognized in-person at the Sneaker Ball presented by the African American Business Leaders Council and Young Professionals Council on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 6 - 9 PM at Homewood Suites in Center Valley!

You are eligible to apply for the scholarship if you are a current senior in high school or an undergraduate/graduate student from the Lehigh Valley that is currently attending a university/college in the Lehigh Valley.

Application Checklist:

- A completed application, including all attachments.
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from non-family individuals familiar with your academic standing and community engagement.
- Current academic transcript.
- Volunteer Experience

Please complete ALL requested information on the application form in order to be considered for the scholarship. Scholarship checks will be mailed to the school to which you are enrolled.
