The Small Business Council is excited to re-launch their Masterminds Program for businesses in the Lehigh Valley. The purpose of Masterminds is to bring together business owners to discuss current business issues and help one another navigate the ever-changing business landscape.

The group will meet once a month for 6 months. Meetings will last 90 minutes and will cover specific topics as well as, specific concerns, issues, or opportunities the business owners in the group are facing. Specific sessions will include focus on Employee Issues, Risk Mitigation, Taxes, Marketing/Business Development, Budgeting, Strategy development, etc. Some of the topics may vary depending on the business owners who will be attending.

Groups will be made of up between 4-8 non-competing business owners. The meetings will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at a convenient location for all the participating business owners. The cost to participate in all 6 meetings will be a $120 which will also include breakfast. The goal is to have an open discussion with participants, making a confidentiality commitment to the group of business owners.

The meetings will be facilitated by Byron Roth, Owner of The Alternative Board of the Lehigh Valley and Small Business Council Board Member. In addition, we will have other industry experts participate for each of the specific topics to be addressed during our time together. These meetings will be highly interactive with participation from everyone during our round table discussions.
