The Small Business Council is thrilled to invite you to participate in the 2025 Masterminds Program, a unique opportunity for Lehigh Valley business owners to come together and navigate the evolving business landscape.
The Masterminds Program is designed to foster collaboration among business owners, allowing them to discuss current challenges, share insights, and support one another in achieving success.

Program Details:

• Frequency: Monthly meetings over a 6-month period
• Duration: 90 minutes per session
• Focus Areas: Topics will include employee management, risk mitigation, taxes, marketing/business development, budgeting, strategy development, and more. Specific topics may vary based on the unique needs of participants.

Facilitators:
The sessions will be led by Byron Roth, Owner of The Alternative Board of the Lehigh Valley and Small Business Council Board Member.

Eligibility:
To participate, you must be an active member of The Chamber. If you're not yet a member, please contact [email protected] to join.

Program Fee:
$495, which includes six 90-minute sessions and two complimentary 1-hour consultations—one with Masterminds facilitator Byron Roth and another with Moe Elhussini of The Growth Coach, a combined value of $350.
