The Small Business Council is thrilled to invite you to participate in the 2026 Masterminds Program, a unique opportunity for Lehigh Valley business owners to come together and navigate the evolving business landscape.
The Masterminds Program is designed to foster collaboration among business owners, allowing them to discuss current challenges, share insights, and support one another in achieving success.

Program Details:

• Frequency: Monthly meetings over a 6-month period
• Duration: 90 minutes per session
• Focus Areas: Topics will include employee management, risk mitigation, taxes, marketing/business development, budgeting, strategy development, and more. Specific topics may vary based on the unique needs of participants.

Facilitators:
The sessions will be led by Michelle Maldonado, Owner of Maldonado Communications and Small Business Council Board Member, and Moe Elhussini of The Growth Coach and Small Business Council Board Member.
