A Message from Workforce Board Lehigh Valley:

The Workforce Board Lehigh Valley (WBLV) has released eight (8) Request for Quotes (RFQs) for the following services:
  1. Communication and Social Media Management
  2. General Legal Services (Does not include WIOA-specific legal representation)
  3. Graphic Design
  4. Information Technology
  5. Photography
  6. Videography
  7. Website Design, Development, and Maintenance
  8. WIOA Legal Services
 
Proposer(s) may be public or private not-for-profit corporations, local educational agencies, business and/or trade associations, private for-profit organizations, labor organizations, and governmental units, including municipalities. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
 
The RFP and RFQ packages outlining specifications is available on the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley website at www.lvwib.org.
 
Proposals for the Communication and Social Media Management; Graphic Design; Photography; and Videography RFQs must be received by 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, April 27, 2026.
 
Proposals for the General Legal Services; Information Technology; Website Design, Development, Maintenance; and WIOA Legal Services RFQs must be received by 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, May 4, 2026.
