Waldo Santana
Coordinator, Diversity Councils 

Waldo is an experienced coordinator for the Diversity Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber, where he actively pursues the goal of driving change toward greater diversity, equity and inclusion in the Lehigh Valley. As a native New Yorker and fluent Spanish-speaker who grew up in the Lehigh Valley, Waldo operates within the existing board and committee structure in delivering on their mission of empathy-building and intersectionality.


His education at William Allen High School, experiences abroad and passion for culture have fostered his growth in the role of Diversity Council Coordinator, which has been deeply suited to his skills and expertise. Waldo looks forward to continuing and advancing his career and mission at The Chamber to strive for positive change in the community that he loves.
