​Melissa Lapos is the Marketing Coordinator at Boyle Construction. She has over 15 years of marketing and communications experience, including broadcast sales, print media, and working directly with companies in a variety of industries on their marketing and communications teams.


Through her career, the most valuable lesson she has learned is the importance of building authentic relationships. This is what led her to joining the Ambassadors Council in 2016. The council provides an opportunity to identify and foster partnerships with other like-minded individuals and organizations whose missions and goals are to make our community better. Melissa enjoys spending time with her little family of a husband, son, and dog and can be found at any of the local festivals throughout the year!
