​Meghan Burke is the Marketing Director at the Lotus Restaurant Group:  Edge Restaurant, Surv Restaurant, and Sunny Side Up restaurants. Dedicated to delivering scratch-made food and exceptional customer service, Lotus Restaurant Group proudly serves the Lehigh Valley and beyond.

Since 2010, Meghan has been actively involved with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and has served on its Ambassadors Council since 2019. Additionally, she is a board member of the Celtic Cultural Alliance, encouraging all to attend the annual Celtic Classic during the last weekend of September.
