Gina Martens
SVP, Member Relations & Sales 

With 15 years of dedicated experience leading Member Relations, Gina Martens  currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Member Relations & Sales for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.   She has established a reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader, successfully managing large networks of members, fostering meaningful relationships and driving engagement through innovative and impactful activities. Gina is passionate about delivering exceptional value to members and stakeholders, helping businesses and individuals thrive. She has consistently balanced new member growth, while delivering high-quality member experiences, leading to strong retention success.  She works closely with The Chamber’s Ambassadors Council, a seasoned group of volunteer leaders committed to helping businesses leverage the many benefits of The Chamber.


Prior to joining The Chamber, Gina served as Director of Sales and Regional Sales leader for Meyer Jabara Hotels. She has more than 20 years of Hospitality experience, working in all facets of hotel operations.  She holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.


Gina serves on the Hospitality Advisory Board at Northampton Community College, She previously served as Advisory Board member with the Membership Development Division of ACCE (Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives),  where she also served as a sales mentor.  She consistently ranks in the top three in membership sales achievement nationally, with Chambers of similar size. 


She resides in the Lehigh Valley with her husband and three daughters. Gina enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
