Danielle Joseph Executive Vice President, Diversity Councils
Danielle Joseph is the Executive Vice President, Business & Diversity Councils at The Chamber, and joined the staff in June 2003 to help open our Easton office. In her position, Danielle manages and oversees the African American Business Leaders Council, Hispanic Chamber, LGBTQ Business Council, Women’s Business Council, Young Professionals Council and the newly formed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Collaborative. She is most proud of her role in helping to start the LGBTQ Business Council at the Chamber in 2012, as well as the African American Business Leaders Council in 2015, as she is passionate about making the Lehigh Valley an inclusive place.
Danielle serves on Community Action Lehigh Valley’s Color Outside the Lines committee, the LINC DEI Advisory Committee, the Fé Foundation Board and the Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School Advisory Board. Her accomplishments include being selected as a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award, Women of Influence Award, and a Moravian College Star.
Danielle graduated from Moravian College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and Political Science. In her free time Danielle enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her family, especially her two children, Lily and Isaak.
