Mary Ellen Snyder is the Executive Director and Co-founder of the National Scenic Visitors Center, and co-inventor of the EarthwalkSM maps. Most recently she served as a Business Consultant for two SAP Business One partner companies, implementing ERP solutions for small businesses. Her AT&T career included serving as National Account Manager, leading teams through an international Oracle implementation, and managing the Enterprise Project Management team at Agere. A Public Director on the Board of the Lehigh County Conservation District, she served as Chair for 8 years. Ms. Snyder attended Brown University and Indiana University; she earned her Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI. A passionate environmentalist, she initiated several successful public service projects to preserve or restore natural resources in Illinois and Pennsylvania, and received the AT&T Environmental Award. She is a 4th degree black belt (retired) in TaiKwonDo. She also provides customer service and education at Edge of the Woods Native Plant Nursery.
