• This form is confidential. 
• Funds awarded are dependent on the number of applicants.
  • Funds cover 75% of the ticket cost and 50% of Women2Women Leadership Development Program. 
• If you are a recipient, you will hear from a Women's Business Council liaison one week before the event.
  
  • You will be required to answer and complete a brief follow-up survey.
