About Francee Fuller

Francee Fuller was a dedicated member of the community, serving on many boards, including the East Penn Chamber of Commerce, representing her of her Barry Issett and Associates whom she was employed with for 24 years.

​She had a heart for education, serving 15 years on the board of the East Penn School District and championing the Scholarship Committee of the East Penn Chamber of Commerce. After her passing in 2021, her fellow board members wanted to honor her memory and dedication to the community by renaming the East Penn Scholarship in her honor.
