Astrid Pena
Manager, Easton Area Chamber, Forks Business Association, & Warren County Council

Astrid Pena is the Manager of the Easton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Warren County Council. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, New York, where she majored in Media Studies and Communications. Through her academic experience, she developed a strong passion for strategic communication, marketing, and innovative, outside-the-box thinking.

She brings over six years of experience in marketing, communications, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and event planning and coordination across both public and private sectors. Her professional background includes work with nonprofits, educational institutions, government transportation agencies in New York and New Jersey, where she is also a member of the Women in Transportation International organization, as well as small businesses. She is also an alum of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce FE Foundation Program (2011). In these roles, she has supported initiatives focused on community engagement, organizational visibility, and cross-sector collaboration.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Astrid enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending quality time with close friends and family.
