Most people in the Lehigh Valley know Pennsylvania is one of the worst states for quality transportation infrastructure. The question remains, what can be done about it? The annual Eastern Region Transportation Forum sponsored by the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce at the Northampton Country Club in Bethlehem Township on May 16 delved into this topic and attempted to find ways to fund transportation initiatives.
