With Lebanon, like other third-class Pennsylvania cities, facing financial challenges, the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced its support for an initiative aimed at addressing funding problems.
The Sustainable Cities Alliance, composed of chambers of commerce and other organizations, is proposing solutions focused on pensions, binding arbitration and economic development for Pennsylvania's 53 third-class cities.
