Event Description: With its gentle stretching and deep breathing, yoga can increase flexibility, relieve muscle tension, aid in relaxation and promote a feeling of serenity. No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, towel or blanket to lie on. Every Monday (6:45-800 PM) and Tueday (9:30-10:45 AM).
